Leadership.  Who better to speak with about this important topic than Chuck Ealey?  Chuck is best known for holding the NCAA college football records for most consecutive wins by a quarterback (35-0), the only quarterback to win three consecutive Citrus Bowls, and the only quarterback to be recognized as the MVP of three consecutive Citrus Bowls.

Chuck Ealey is an Undefeated Quarterback, Professional, Volunteer, Husband, Father, and Grandfather.  He serves as Chairman of the Board of The Chuck Ealey Foundation and is the inspiration behind The Undefeated Spirit Campaign.

Chuck is best known for holding the NCAA college football record for quarterback with the most consecutive wins (35-0). He also holds records for being the only NCAA quarterback to win three consecutive Citrus Bowl games and for being recognized as MVP of the Citrus Bowl three consecutive times. Chuck finished 8th in the Heisman Trophy. Chuck moved to Canada in 1972 to live the American Dream of playing quarterback as a professional. His rookie season in the Canadian Football League (CFL) Chuck led his team to win the coveted Grey Cup, was named MVP of the Grey Cup game, and was name CFL Rookie of The Year. Chuck resides in Canada with his wife Sherri, their three children, and their six grandchildren. Chuck exemplifies everything that is good about The Undefeated Spirit.
